At Hakuba Village and Woody Rental, you’ll meet many international guests and staff. Through work and daily life, you’ll naturally learn new languages and experience cultural exchange.

Ski or snowboard as much as you want on your days off or breaks

Two of our four stores are within a one-minute walk to the ski lifts—perfect for a quick run during your break! We also provide lift pass support of up to ¥40,000.

Gain knowledge about gears and equipment

Even if you have no experience, we’ll teach you about ski and snowboard gear. The knowledge you gain will also be useful when you enjoy the slopes yourself!

Description	Ski and snowboard rental and return operations Front desk reception Responding to email and phone reservations or inquiries
Salary	Hourly wage: ¥1,200〜
Promotion	Pay raises based on performance
Working Hours	6:45–19:30 (approx. 8 hours per day, shift-based)
Work Location	Stores in Hakuba Happo-One and Tsugaike areas
Employment Period	December 2026 – End of March 2027 (negotiable)
Benefits	Staff dormitory (shared room for 2, ¥20,000/month), lift pass support
Requirements	No experience required No English skill required For those interested in customer service (ages 20–40) Must hold a valid residence status that allows you to work in Japan, with a period of stay valid through at least March 31, 2027
