Unforeseen events can happen even in the ski resort. No tour is ever 100% safe. We ask that you also be aware that safety is your first priority and that you participate in the tour at your own risk. In the event of an accident, we will provide first aid on site, but cannot be held responsible beyond that. Please be aware that you are responsible for your own actions during the tour. We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur. We ask that you please understand the above before participating in the tour.
● Cancellation due to bad weather
The weather conditions will be determined by the guide (preferably the day before the tour) to determine if the tour can be held. If the tour is cancelled due to the organizer's reason, the participation fee will be fully refunded, but a cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made by the customer.
