Temporary Suspension of Rental Services Due to Snow Machine

Due to the music event “Snow Machine” taking place in Hakuba from March 5 to March 8, snowboard reservations are currently in extremely high demand.

As a result, we will temporarily suspend acceptance of the following rental items from February 26 to March 7:

• Standard Snowboard
• Premium Snowboard
• Snowboard Boots
• Jacket & Pants
• Helmet
• Goggles

Depending on stock availability, rentals may still be possible. However, as inventory changes constantly, we are unable to respond to availability inquiries via email in advance.

If you wish to check availability, please contact the relevant shop directly on the day of rental or visit the store in person.
