Recruitment Overview (Conditions & Benefits)

Working Hours : Shift system between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM
Days Off : Negotiable depending on shift schedule
Salary : General Staff: from ¥1,200 per hour / Assistant Manager Candidate: from ¥400,000 per month
Job Description : General ski and snowboard rental operations (front desk, driving the rental equipment collection vehicle, etc.). Full-time positions are also available. Please inquire for more details.
Qualifications : Applicants up to 49 years old are preferred. We welcome those who enjoy or are skilled in customer service, love winter sports, or can speak English (English ability is not required).
Benefits : Staff accommodation available (shared rooms equipped with heating, refrigerator, bath/toilet, and Wi-Fi; non-smoking), Shared kitchen available for meals, Dormitory fee: ¥20,000 per month, Lift pass subsidy up to ¥40,000 (added to the final paycheck), Free use of rental equipment.
Employment Period : December 2025 – end of March 2026 (extension negotiable from April onward).
